Railway Axle Box
INTRODUCE :
The axle box as the design element of the rotary wheel to the static frame of the bogie plays a vital role in the reliability of locomotive and rolling stock.
Depending on the design of the bogie, we produce a variety of different axle boxes. These axle boxes are widely used in: some freight wagon bogie such as the Russian bogie 18-100, 22.5T axles, and the European UIC Y series bogie Y25 and 22.5T axles. All Coach Wagon bogie such as the European UIC Y32 bogie and the Russian bogie. GE, EMD and other locomotive three -axle bogie.
In most cases, our axle box is made of cast steel or ductile casting iron. We will process the bearing surface and cooperate with the bearings face, and fitting together with axle bearing,cover,labyrinthing.wearing plate,and so on.
