INTRODUCE :

The braking adjuster is one of the main components of the rail braking part. The main role is to automatically adjust the distance between the brake shoe and the tread according to the wear of the brake shoe, so that the brake cylinder stroke is kept within the specified range. Ensure sufficient braking force, make the train stop smoothly, and reduce the impact of uneven braking force. Once the brake regulator fails, it will cause severe faults such as tread burns, peeling off, locking wheel, and no brake force, and may cause damage to its components.

Main Structure:

The slack adjuster consists of two parts: the proper and the controller. The proper is mainly composed of cylinder assembly, sleeve assembly, guided nut spring box assembly, front cover, screw, outer sheath, spring, pull rod, etc. The control is composed of the joystick and the joystick head.
