SPECIFICATIONS :
We supply the following railway parts:
1. Axlebox bearing body with labyrinth No 100.10.009 or 1750.10.009
2. Axlebox bearing body with labyrinth No 1750.10.009 or 1750.10.020
3. Axlebox bearing body 100.10.014
4. Lid Retention Cover 100.10.002 or 1750.10.001
5. Labyrinth ring 100.10.015, 1750.10.011 (4 hole ring)
6. Back ring 100.10.007 or 1750.10.008
The material of the axle box is carbon steel, which is cast by the resin sand casting process in an electric arc furnace. After casting, the railway axle boxes will be heat treated and then machined by CNC lathes.
All these axle boxes are produced in strict accordance with Chinese standards, AAR standards, Russian standards or customer requirements.
We have the capacity to produce 15,000 machined axle boxes in a month.
