INTRODUCE :
Brake shoes are used in the carriages of railway trains to achieve deceleration, controlled acceleration (downhill) or to remain stationary when stopped.
Kingrail Parts designs, develops and manufactures asbestos-free composite railway brake shoes and brake blocks for track braking of diesel and electric locomotives, wagons and coaches.

Physical and mechanical properties of composite materials
Our composite brake pads will not melt or burn, continue to work at a temperature of 250°C. It may burn at a temperature of ≥400°C but will not produce a flame.
Materials for cast iron railway brake pads and composite railway brake shoes
* The material of composite brake pads is composed of three main substances: reinforcing fibers, organic/inorganic fillers and resin binders.
* Has a high degree of uniformity.
* Can be separated from the back plate.
* Does not contain asbestos, lead, zinc or other compounds.
* It also does not contain toxic substances.
* The hardness of the material is lower than that of the wheel.
* No strong smell when rubbed.
Features of composite brake pads:
* Does not cause excessive wear to the surfaces of wheels and composite brake pads.
*Composite brake pads will not cause the wheel to be porous or cracked.
* It will not stick to the wheel when braking, and will not cause uneven surface of the wheel.
* No wheel slippage when fully braking in wet conditions.
