Locomotive traction motor
Kingrail Parts locomotive motors with welded stator frame cover the entire range of cargo, passenger and multi -purpose locomotives. We customize each motor according to the specifications, such as suspension, bearings, gear boxes and lubrication solutions.
Freight locomotive
Freight locomotives must be strong enough to start on the harsh slope. Their speed is relatively low, up to 160 km/h, which makes the axle hanging installation of the traction motor cost -effective.
In order to achieve high -ending, the motor has a high -torque space ratio. The motor can be directly installed to the gear box and the wheel axle (suspension axle) to maximize the use of the canoid space of the motor and ensure the high -torque space ratio.
Considering the powerful and heavy load, the bearings must be large enough to provide high carrying capacity. However, the large bearing means that the speed of the high circle needs to lubricate the driver's side bearing.
Kingrail Parts's locomotive motor is usually equipped with welding stator framework to optimize compact space package. Analysis enables us to optimize the balance between the life of bearing and lubricant.
Passenger transport and multi -purpose locomotive
These trains are running at a relatively high speed. Therefore, the non -suspension quality of the vehicle must be kept as low as possible to reduce the wear of the rail and the vehicle. The coupling between the motor and the gearbox enables the traction motor to make the locomotive run at high speed.
The torque density of the steering frame suspension solution is lower than that of the axle suspension solution. However, the mechanical stress is low, making the motor lighter than the cargo locomotive motor. Bearing can be made smaller, and oil lubrication can be used even at high vehicles.
