Our Wheel manufacturing process complies with manufacturing standards TB/T 2817/2708, AAR M-107, BS 5892-3 and EN 13262.

Products	multiple-part (resilient) wheel. Low radial stiffness elastomer.
Diameter	580 mm to 715 mm.
Grade	high performance grade.
Noise Reduction	up to 15-20 dB(A) - Squealing noise on specific frequencies

Manufacturing process:
Ingot→Cold cutting→Heating furnace with ignot section→9000 tons of press→Wheel rolling mill→5000 tons of press→Heat treatment furnace→Heat treatment tank→Sand blasting→Inspection→Machining→Inspection→Transportation
